Juice is working with a market leader in their search for Customer Service Executives. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop and progress in a growing company.


Day to day -

  • We are looking for Customer Service Executives, who are comfortable making outbound calls to join their friendly team.
  • This would really suit someone looking to gain good commercial experience.
  • This is a project lead role, and will see you working on new initiatives and speaking to a variety of businesses day-today.
  • Calling clients checking status of applications/ campaigns.
  • Updating CRM system with notes.


All about you -

  • Excellent communications skills with a clear confident telephone manner.
  • Good IT and accurate keyboard skills and be confident in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • A positive attitude and be self-motivated to deliver a high quality of work.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, who are happy talking to a variety of people over the phone.
  • You must also be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills and able to multi-task with speaking to customers and inputting data on to the CRM.
