We have an exciting opportunity available with our market leading client based in Marlow. They are looking for experienced customer service professionals to join their fun and friendly team.

What you will be doing:
  • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Manage all direct customer orders
  • Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific direct customer enquiries
  • Manage return requests effectively, whilst ensuring all relevant systems are updated
  
Who you are:
  • Previous experience within a Customer Service position is essential
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills and with experience of dealing with challenging customer complaints
