Job Title: Customer Service Executive- Hybrid Working

Company:
A £30 million family-owned printing company located in Leeds, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

Role:
Customer Service Executive

Salary:
Negotiable, £24,000-£28,000 (DOP)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and internal staff to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales for our products.
  • Administer jobs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process sales orders promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Print, Packing or Manufacturing experience desired
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Tharsten.
  • Experience in the packaging industry is desired but not essential.
