I am working with a growing retailer who are expanding their team and searching for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for supporting customers with any questions or queries via a variety of avenues - telephone, livechat and email
  • Processing orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Responsible for dealing with any delivery questions or queries (speaking to couriers to find out arrival times)
  • Become a product expert
  • General administration duties.

Your skills:

  • Experience working within customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Complaint handling experience is desirable
