- Location: Brighton - hybrid working with minimum 2 days a week in the office
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a great company in central Brighton offering a professional service to their clients and customers. The Brighton office is modern and vibrant and a great place to work.
The customer service role involves administration, customer service via phone calls, webchat and emails and working with multiple systems so excellent customer service skills, the ability to problem solve and being able to remain calm under pressure is key as well as having a good technical aptitude for databases and Microsoft Office.
As a Customer Service Executive you will:
- Work with customers on the phone and via email to help them use and understand the service and the data provided, working within set SLAs
- Handle general client queries and monitor and handle external and internal emails
- Place customer orders using multiple and sometimes complex systems
- Learn and maintain product and service knowledge
- Set up client accounts and provide support to new customers including quotations
- Promote existing and new products and services where required
The role offers hybrid working, with a minimum requirement of two days per week in the office. This is a full time permanent role paying £23,400 and working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
