Are you a customer service superstar? We are currently seeking a talented Customer Advisor to join our client's dynamic team in Newbury. If you thrive on providing exceptional customer experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you! ??

As a Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our client's customers receive top-notch service and have a positive interaction. Working under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager, you will proactively communicate with customers, manage their expectations, and maintain a seamless end-to-end process. ????

What will you do as a Customer Advisor?

  • Assist the Manager with customer onboarding services
  • Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letter, providing proactive assistance and support
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints, keeping the Manager informed throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer correspondence
  • Update and maintain customer information within our systems
  • Support the team with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Learn about our client's products and stay up-to-date with any changes
  • Occasionally participate in projects and system upgrades as required
