Description
As a Customer Service Executive you will be working in a regulated environment handling calls from existing clients you will be dealing with a wide range of queries no day will be the same and you will be ensuring customer experience is at the forefront of everything you do!
Within the role you will also be dealing with third parties such as other banks and regulated bodies the role will be very fast paced and will be making sure service level agreements are exceeded.

Previous customer service experience ideally within a regulated environment
Exceptional telephone manner
A proactive approach
Able to work in a busy fast paced environment
