Customer Service Executive

Greenford, Middlesex

£38,000 + Pension + Parking

A very successful local organisation are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their happy and settled team, excellent prospects are available for the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing hire desk enquiries received from existing and potential customers

- Handling orders received for the hire of equipment and setting up on computer system

- Allocating plant to meet customer requirements and arranging the delivery of plant

- Producing and issuing hire contracts and preparing supporting documentation

- Managing relationships with transport companies, obtaining quotations and booking transport

- Co-ordinating the inspection of equipment and obtaining relevant certificates
