As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with friendly and professional support through phone, email, chat, and social media. You will also be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams and following up until resolution
  • Collecting and analysing customer feedback and data to improve our products and services
  • Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset
  • A high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
