Customer Service Executive - Cheltenham

Attivo Group have an opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join our Client Services Team. We are a fast growing financial services business and are looking for someone who can deliver an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with all incoming queries from existing clients and ensure an outstanding client experience every time.

As a business, we fully support hybrid working and have both working from home and flexible working policies. For this particular role, we would expect the candidate to be based at Cheltenham Head Office a minimum of three days per week after the initial training period which would require full time attendance in the office. Cheltenham is ideally located for candidates commuting from across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, and Bristol.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all enquiries are handled in an efficient and timely manner, delivering exceptional levels of customer service to all clients.
  • Adherence to the requirements laid out by the FCA in terms of compliance, customer risk and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
  • Ensuring that all client interactions are documented accurately on Intelligent Office and adhere to GDPR
  • Using knowledge of Attivo Group products and services, Identifying new business opportunities
  • Work closely with other team members and Financial Planners to provide the best services to all new and existing clients.
  • Ensure that all activities are accurately recorded and updated
  • Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Business processes and service offerings to its clients.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Experience of working in a similar role within Financial Services is desirable
  • Previous customer service experience demonstrating a high standard of service in every customer interaction is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
  • Professional, ethical and discreet
  • Ability to build and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in Economics, Maths, Accountancy and Finance or Business Management would be beneficial

Salary and benefits

Up to £27,000, depending on qualifications and experience
