Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary:  Up to £24,0000 - £25,000 per annum
Location: St Albans / Hybrid  
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

COMPANY PROFILE
This is an exciting opportunity to work for our well-established client who are in the Financial Services industry St Albans.
 
Supporting companies within the Finance sector for over twenty years they boast a list of well-known clients who you would be working closely with.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Excellent customer service skills
·Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
·Strong attention to detail
·Ability to work well under pressure and enjoy being in a fast paced environment
·Competent with MS packages, mainly Word and Excel
·If you have worked within the Financial Services Industry this would be a great benefit
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provided a superb service to your clients - mainly via telephone correspondence
-Deal with a high volume of incoming queries.
-Resolve customer complaints and escalate where necessary.
-Run through security questions with all clients.  
- Compile reports for Team Leader.
- Make amendments to policies and ensure new client information Is kept up to date.
- Ensuring you are compliant at all times and adhere to all security measures.
