Customer Services £23k

  • Provide a high level of customer service to a range of customers
  • Ensuring calls and emails are answered within timescales
  • Processing sales orders and sending order confirmations
  • Use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and CRM system
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Monitor the sales e-mail and sending out acknowledgements
  • Liaise with customers via telephone and email regarding their orders.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond with emails and outbound calls
  • Provide cover in the sales office when colleagues are unable to fulfil their duties.
