Customer Service Coordinator

We're recruiting an experienced Customer Service Coordinator for a renowned household name who offer a prestigious and high-end interesting product based in WF2. This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys a busy, complex customer service role where no two days would be the same.

Permanent - 37 hours per week

Free onsite parking

The Role

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Answering customer queries over the phone and on email
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided at all times
  • Working within relevant guidelines and legislations
  • Ensuring customer information is correct and up to date on company system
  • Liaising with other internal departments

The Candidate

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience in an office based role
  • Empathetic, calm and understanding persona
  • Well organised with the ability to mange own time efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
