Customer Service Coordinator
  • Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum
  • Location: Stafford 
  • Job Type: Full-time, 12-month Fixed-term

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales or customer service administration who is looking for an opportunity to progress within a global manufacturing company. The successful candidate will support the Sales and Service teams, ensuring customer queries and orders are dealt with promptly and accurately.

Day to day of the role:
  • Answer customer enquiries via phone and email, addressing delivery and pricing queries.
  • Raise quotations and proforma invoices.
  • Process sales orders and match delivery notes to sales orders.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers to progress orders and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience with SAP.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
