This manufacturing business is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team due to growth.


Your new role
Working in the busy customer service department, you will be part of a small and welcoming team driving to achieve excellent service through processing customer orders, handling customer queries and complaints, providing quotes, liaising with suppliers and various internal departments.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00.


What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working in a similar customer service/ administrative role will help you succeed in this role. You will have excellent communication skills, along with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You will be a team player and have a brilliant work ethic and be confident using IT, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
