My client is a leading agricultural organisation providing people, products and services to help communities succeed. They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant due to internal progression.

Your new role
Working in the busy customer service department, you will be part of a small and welcoming team driving to achieve excellent service by understanding customer needs, providing recommendations and delivering solutions.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00
Duties:

  • Provide advice and information with integrity.
  • Monitoring a joint email inbox.
  • Responding to email enquiries including receiving and processing orders.
  • Contact external suppliers.
  • Take card payments over the phone.
  • Act on customer feedback to improve and adapt.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in both a customer service and an office-based role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Confident using IT, including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to adopt a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to unexpected demands.
