Description

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering queries and solving problems effectively.
• Ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Work with the shipping team to ensure deliveries are on time
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
• Monitor and track shipments

Profile

• A strong background in customer service, preferably manufacturing background but not essential
• Shipping experience desireable
• An ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
• Strong knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
• Good understanding of administrative procedures.
