Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Redhill

Salary: £25k+

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders, invoices, shipments, and warranties
  • Manage and schedule the delivery servicing team
  • Set up and monitor trade accounts and credit control
  • Manage demo stock and support shipping processes
  • Deal with customs, carriers, and VAT deferment
  • Count stock
  • Provide technical and sales support to customers
  • Process RMAs and refunds
  • Manage media services such as Facebook and Mailchimp
  • Manage office facilities and services

Requirements:

  • Good phone skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • IT Skills:
    • Zoho books experience - highly desirable
    • Excel proficiency
    • MS office skills
    • Mailchimp usage
    • Social media savvy
    • Ability to create flyers with images
