Our Client in Theale provide support to small and medium sized businesses to help them run efficiently. They offer a suite of services to manage other companies back office services; such as payroll and HR to name a few.

They are looking for two Customer Service Assistants to join their friendly, fun team. The role offers lots of job satisfaction, variety and interaction with people?

The main duties of the Customer Service Assistant are:-

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to call backs and voicemails
  • Assist with worker queries
  • Register workers by calling and taking details over the phone
  • Liaising with agencies where needed
  • Offering help and advice to workers with timesheets etc
  • Handling GDPR sensitive data and entering information onto a CRM system

What skills do you need?

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Able to use a computer
  • A Team Player

You’ll be kept up-to-date with all the latest legislation and rules so you can do your job.

Hours are 8:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday,
