Customer Service Assistant - High Wycombe - Permanent - £20,000 to £20,500 per annum plus benefits!

A global company who specialise in electrical components are looking for a personable and highly motivated individual to join their team in their High Wycombe Head Office!

What to Expect

  • The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing service excellence and supporting department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom or other software, and supporting customer service initiatives.
  • Provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as web, email, chat and fax
  • Processes customer orders, quotes and other information by entering into company systems
  • Researches and expedites customer requests
  • Supports the local Service & Sales team, and provides support for other teams when needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Initial experience in customer support and/or data entry
  • Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondences in a professional and courteous manner
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English - additional European languages are a plus
  • Profound MS Office skills, experience with an ERP system would be helpful
  • Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30, with free onsite parking! Interviews are being held immediately so please don't delay and apply today!
