About the role

We are currently seeking a Customer Services and Claims Advisor within our Operations Team for a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

In this busy and varied role you'll support our Policyholders with queries over the telephone and by email, answering questions about their Paycare Policy and helping them to understand their cover.

You'll also support with claims processing - reviewing supporting information and receipts and completing administrative duties.

This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Our working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm. The role is based on-site at our offices in Wolverhampton City Centre, so you should be based within a commutable distance of this location.

About you

If you're a natural people person and enjoy a varied role where you can help people and really make a difference then this could be the role for you!
