Customer Service agent
Summary:
-
Interacting with customers via phone/email.

Making sure their order is in place.

Handling order requests
-
Dealing with complaints.
- Complaint handling -> resiliency and good communication skills in English is needed
- Managing/tracking orders -> admin tasks, good communication skills in English is needed
Team of 9 Customer Service Agents
- Helping each other if needed but acting as individual contributor.
Job Responsibilities:

Ability to interact with customers in a proficient manner
-
Proficient in English both oral and written
-
Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• SAP preferrable
Education/Experience:
- Customer Service Experience is highly preferred in office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Current Team is well-established, hiring manager is looking for a person with good communication skills and with ability to handle queries in a proficient manner.
