Here at Workchain we are looking for Customer Service advisor for our client in Cambourne.

Hours Monday to Friday 0900-1800

Pay Rate £10.90 per hour

Your day to day duties will dealing with customer phone queries, dealing with payment receipt. logging customer queries, data entry and quality control on customer satisfaction surveys.

Ideally previous experience in working in a customer service role is deisrable, having data entry experience, flexible approach and be able to work as part of a team.

This is a ongoing position for the right candidate
