What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building effective customer relationships, handling incoming and outbound calls, responding to emails with customer queries, updating customer specifications, answering technical and product-related queries.
