Customer Service Advisors

Our client, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries and complaints, manning a busy reception and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
- Interacting with customers via phone, face to face and email to provide outstanding customer service
- Required to cover additional sites on occasion, to provide receptionist support
- Handling customer queries and directing to the correct department, in a timely and professional manner
- Building strong rapport with customers by actively listening and empathising with their needs
- Utilising problem-solving skills to find the best solutions for customers
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly
- A positive and energetic attitude, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
This is a temporary ongoing role, that could lead to a permanent position for the right person.
Full time hours Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
Rate from £11.64PH.
