We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is a true champion of customer support. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for customer service, fantastic communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming contacts with empathy, patience, and accuracy.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Collaborate with business partners where appropriate.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and act as a Brand Ambassador for the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a strong customer focus.
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable.
  • Affinity with technical product support.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
