Our client is a leading healthcare provider who is currently looking for a temporary customer service advisor to cover an absence within the team.

Your new role

You will be the first point of contact for all patients, their families and other healthcare providers, managing calls and email enquiries, signposting patients to relevant services, dealing with requests for documentation, liaising with external documentation and ensuring the patient's journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have experience in customer service and be passionate about providing high levels of service both over the phone and in written communication.
Able to start at short notice
Be local to Surrey to be able to attend induction and some training days
Have an internet connection

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
