Join a dynamic team as a D2C Customer Service Advisor, providing customer solutions.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice, providing exceptional support to their customers via phone, chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, order placements and order tracking.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Providing product recommendations and guidance to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • A passion for sport will be a big advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • D2C customer service experience.
  • Zendesk would be an advantage.
