Role: Customer Service Advisor
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Working in service reception
- Directly dealing with customers
- Making bookings
- Communicating with customers whilst their car is with us
- Supporting the workshop team with parts ordering and organisation of work flow
The ability to offer outstanding customer service throughout is essential.
Salary: £23,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year
