Are you an excellent communicator and able to solve problems with ease with a high level of Customer Service Experience. Our client based in Crawley are looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service Advisor to work in the repairs department. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm paying £14.47ph for approximately 4 months

Daily responsibilities:

  • Provide general administration support to all departments.
  • Handle a high number of calls into the Customer Service Department
  • Speaking with tenants who require repairs.
  • Scheduling contractors.
  • Checking information on the system.
  • Challenging any issues with providers.
  • Handling a high number of calls.

Skills required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft - Especially Excel
  • Good Communication
  • Great telephone manner
  • Some administration experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in social housing
