Basic c£25,000 OTE c£26-£27,000

Plus mileage (driving license essential and access to own vehicle)


Our client is a highly successful family-owned interiors business, established for more than 100 years and continuing to grow so a stable and secure environment with the possibility of future progression. 

The role

We are looking for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Advisor largely involved with after-sales queries. You will be assisting the Store General Manager with in-store customer service 5 days a week, this will include one weekend day per week with some customer home visits.  


The main purpose of this role is to provide an exceptional service to Customers, going the extra mile to ensure they receive service worthy of a recommendation.  It is mostly customer facing with some back office? telephone and online based resolution, with suppliers and customers and you will receive workplace training to ensure your skills are up to date.   There will be a level of administration within the role also.

As with all positions with this client, fantastic customer service skills are a must as you will be part of the initial contact where something could have gone wrong for the customer.  You will be part of an engaged and motivated team who excel at what they do and enjoy it at the same time!

So to be part of the team you will need: 

- Excellent communication skills. 

- Retail sales experience (furniture sales would be an advantage). 

- An empathetic and practical way of thinking and working.
- IT systems and administration skills, specifically excel and word are essential.
 - Excellent attention to detail.

Basic up to £25,000 (dependent on relevant experience) plus commission OTE c£26,000 - £27,000.
