Customer Service Advisor

Our market-leading client based in Morley are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors. This role is initially on a Temporary basis.

£11.44 ph + holiday pay

Various shift patterns are available including weekends.

Hybrid role after training.

The role

• Assisting and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
• Investigating queries and complaints.
• Logging all incidents on bespoke system.
• Always Ensuring excellent customer service.
• Building strong rapport.
• Inputting of Customers data.
• General office Admin duties.

The ideal candidate-

• Strong knowledge of all MS packages.
• Excellent customer service.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Organisational skills.
