JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor

HOURS: 8AM - 4:30PM or 09:00 - 5:30PM

LOCATION: Smethwick

SALARY: £24000

START DATE: ASAP

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our client's customers. You will be responsible for processing incoming requests from customers and colleagues, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution. With your excellent multitasking skills, you will prioritise your workload, raise queries when necessary, and maintain a process-driven approach to ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and colleague requests through various communication channels.
  • Escalate service work to meet service level agreements.
  • Qualify customer requirements to minimise downtime and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide real-time status reports and updates to customers regarding active work and maintenance agreements.
  • Process amendments to calibration certificates, including 'UKAS' and third-party certificates.
  • Efficiently manage contract amendments, including raising invoices and credit notes.
  • Assist in customer renewal queries and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the Service Division to drive productivity and optimise resource schedules.
  • Prioritise workload to maximise resource utilisation while meeting service level agreements.
  • Maintain confidential contract database information and accurate records.
