A background in customer service ideal, however if you have crystal clear communication and amazing people skills my client will support and give you everything you need to succeed. If you thrive on the challenge and you’re at your best when you’re busy, you’ll fit right in!

In this role you will:

• Communicate transparently with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver amazing customer service, being confident and friendly when speaking with our customers
• Think outside the box and be informative
• Be self-motivated with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Be professional and switched on for our customers but, also, your own progression

Requirements

• People background - you come with experience of providing proactive administrative support
• Passion for customer service - you have a genuine passion for helping others and working as a team with a customer service focus
• Excellent communication - you will have strong verbal, written and face - to face communication skills
• Accountability - you will have a strong sense of accountability and ownership of what you do ensuring a high level of confidentiality and an excellent eye for detail

Monday to Thursday: 8am – 4pm and Friday: 6am – 2pm
