To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to come and join our team at our Anstone site (S26 6NQ).


As our Customer Service Advisor, you will manage and enhance our customer journey – specifically relating to enquiries, order management and discrepancy management. As a guardian of our customer experience, you will deliver  a professional, helpful, warm, and hassle-free service, understanding needs and requirements to engage, align to our business values and ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

•    Fast, easy and hassle-free provision of information to customers including price, lead-time, order status, product information and alternatives.
•    Accurate and efficient order entry, converting the customer’s requirements into ERP to agreed parameters and SLAs. 
•    Close liaison with customers, commercial, Production and logistics partner personnel to meet and exceed customer needs.
•    Fielding and managing customer complaints and discrepancies, including logging, investigation, resolution and remedial actions.
In order to be successful as our Customer Service Advisor, you will ideally be/have:
Essential 
•    Great interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
•    Working Knowledge of Windows based IT Systems
•    Able to work at pace and to prioritise workload at busy times
•    Experience of working to build relationships and deep understanding of customer needs
•    Warm, approachable, ‘can do’ attitude
•    A sense of urgency, ownership and doing the right thing for customers
•    Proactive view to manage and take ownership of order from inception to delivery

Previous experience working in customer service within a manufacturing environment and/or exposure to the building industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
