This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, engaging customer service team. Within this role you will be responsible for processing customer enquiries, raising quotes and orders.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound telephone calls and re-direct calls as required to relevant person.
Respond to allocated emails
Raise customer Quotes and follow up via telephone or email if order not received after 2-3 days.
Raise customer orders.
Advise customers on their requirements and suitable solutions/products.
Investigate any damaged/lost deliveries, liaising with the Accounts team as required.
Hear and address customer concerns or complaints.
Ensure customer records are kept up to date and accurate.
Obtain proof artwork from the design department for customers when required.
Pass live orders to design for production ensuring clear communication of any bespoke requirements.

Experience required

Previous expereince within a customer service role
Experience of processing orders would be an advantage
Personable, confident telephone manner
Competent PC skills and use of crm systems or packages
Customer focused
