Customer Service Advisor

My client, an international supplier with an excellent reputation, are looking for a customer focused team player to assist their busy service team on a temporary basis.

Duties will include but not be limited to;
* Ensure that all pre sales and stock enquiries from Customers are handled and Customer receives service excellence
* Prepare customer quotations
* Process and manage sample requests
* Process all incoming orders onto the system
* Ensure all paperwork/audit trails are in order and correctly filed
* Make Customer order follow up calls, in order to record and measure levels of satisfaction

Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
