Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team located on Hitchcocks Business Park in Willand. This role is varied but there is no cold-calling involved.

Week 1: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm

Week 2 : Tuesday to Saturday 08:00am - 16:00pm

Duties will include:

· Making outgoing calls to customers to take orders and introduce new products.

· Dealing with incoming calls regarding customer orders and enquiries.

· Introducing and selling new products to the customer base.

· Support the external sales teams by setting up and maintaining customer accounts and price lists.

· Ensuring all orders are input onto Sage ready for dispatch.

· Accurate record keeping to maintain and update customer information on Sage and relevant spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

· Atleast 1-2 years working within a sales environment.

· Ability to work under own initiative, organise, plan and prioritise work.

· Strong organisational administrative and analytical skills, with an excellent telephone manner.

· Ability to understand, demonstrate and communicate the range of produce supplied by the client.

· Experience and confidence in dealing with people and the ability to establish working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
