Working within the Customer Service department, you'll promote excellent Customer Service by offering consistent support, guidance and advice to customers, offering the most time and cost appropriate solutions.      
 
The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to talk to customers, developed through previous telephone-based Customer Service experience.       
 
Job Role Information:        
 
Salary: £22,757
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30am - 17:00pm
