Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Temporary)
Location: Bristol (In-office)
Duration: 4-6 weeks (Full-time)
Hourly Rate: £12.30

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and efficient manner. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to clients.
  • Assist customers with account enquiries, transactions, and issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on enquiries and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours in the office for the duration of the contract.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
