Position: Customer Service Advisor

Type: Temporary on going to cover sickness- highly likely to be extended/opportunity to be taken on permanently

Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30

Pay rate: £13ph (£25,350 annual equivalent)

Start date: ASAP

Location: Fairford, GL7

Overview: Providing high level customer service via email and telephone to customers about their orders and queries. Updating spreadsheets, using Amazon account and updating their internal system.
