Job title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: Up to £26,500

Location: Brighton

Hours: Mon -Fri 09:00 - 17:30 (Hybrid)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Insurance company, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Travel Insurance team in Brighton. You would be joining the claims department.

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities

- Communicating with customers and clients over the phone.

- Managing an inbox

- Assess claims in comparison to the companies’ policies.

- Assist customers through the processes.

- Work to hit targets and objectives.

Customer Service Advisor requirements

- Experience in a customer service role based in an call centre / office environent.

- Proven experience with handling high volume inbound calls

- Proven experience in providing excellent customer service over the phone.

- Good telephone manner

- Customer service and Admin experience - Within an office.
