Customer Service Advisor
A fantastic chance to use your outstanding customer service skills and flair within an interesting health tech company on the brink of rapid expansion, offering career progression and ongoing learning. We are looking for an exceptional customer service professional with excellent call handling and communication skills with a proven track record of customer care experience. You should be comfortable using and learning new CRM software and be able to work calmly under pressure in a fast paced environment.
In this key role your duties will include handling customer telephone and email enquiries, ensuring all email queries are responded to within 24 hours, accurately recording sensitive and confidential information on client CRM system, rational problem solving under pressure, assisting with various office tasks as needed.
Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Office based position.
Car driver required due to company location.
