Description

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their needs are met
• Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborating with the sales team to optimise client satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documenting all customer interactions
• Identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell company products and services
• Staying updated about the latest company products and services to provide accurate information to clients
• Participating in training and development opportunities to improve job performance
• Adhering to company policies and procedures in all interactions with clients

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a business-related field
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the Life Science industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
