Customer service advisor
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to assist with enquiries and provide excellent customer service within a not-for-profit and charity setting. Description
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Working closely with the customer service team to meet service level agreements
- Assisting with the resolution of customer complaints
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and practices
- Participating in training and development opportunities
- Adhering to company policies and regulations
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- An educational background in a relevant field
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently
Job Offer
- A yearly salary of £22,000, with an estimated range of £19,800 to £24,200
