Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Redditch
Salary: £24,000 Per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm working 37.5hrs

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a UK market leader based in their Redditch office. Our client is a family run organisation that was founded 30 years ago and offers customers full support every step of the way and also provides solutions that are tailor-made to meet customer needs. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and fast paced team on a permanent basis.

Day to day duties will include the following:
• Make daily outbound calls to ensure co-ordination with customers and installers
• Receive phone calls from customers answering any general enquiries and complaints
• Liaise with Project Managers
• Log service calls and issues
• Ensure works are completed to customers satisfactions before signing jobs off
• Monitor and track status of all installs been allocated
• Execute all elements of the installation process to provide extraordinary customer experience
• Be the point of contact to follow-up any issues arising during installations
• Undertake the collection of monies from customers related to installations
• Support to ensure any outstanding works are completed within a reasonable time-period
• Check and submit invoice paperwork to ensure on-time payments are made
• Support in the complaints process (where applicable) to ensure complaints are closed down quickly

As an individual you will be need the following skills and experience:
• Excellent communication skills and customer awareness with the ability to respond with a caring & empathetic approach
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines & targets
• Experience of Microsoft packages and Outlook
• Previous experience of dealing with customer complaints desirable
• Debt collection experience desirable
• Previous experience working within an engineering or installations industry desirable
