Your new company is an exciting online conveyancing business in South Bristol.
Your new role
The organisation are looking for 2x Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis for 6 months. Pay for this role is £14 per hour. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30. Duties of the role include:

  • Making outbound calls to customers who have requested information
  • Supporting new customers through instructions following a quote
  • Monitoring and responding to emails as well as inbound calls
  • General administrative tasks
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous sales/ relationship management/ customer service/ administration experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Warm and personable communication skills
  • IT proficient
  • Keen eye for detail
