Are you a friendly, professional candiate with strong communication skills and previous customer service experience? Are you looking to work for a well established, growing business with lots of opportunity to develop in your career?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fun and collaborative team at their modern offices on the outskirts of Redhill.

The Role:

This is a busy and fast paced role where you will be managing and processing customer orders, liaising with both customers and suppliers on the phone and via email, dealing with enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

If you have previous experience in dealing with customers, enjoy learning new things and have a good eye for detail, you could be a great addition to this team. Previous office based customer service experience would be advantageous but if you have a background in delivering a first class customer experience within retail or hospitality, we would also be interested in hearing from you as full training will be provided.

Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • 25 days holiday, increasing to 30 with service plus bank holidays
