Your duties;

  • Responding to general customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Processing and investigate payments and billing issues.
  • Ensure all company procedures are followed.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Competent with Microsoft Packages.
  • Previous experience dealing with inbound calls, email, and live chat queries.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A polite and professional telephone manner

Skills & Knowledge Required;

  • Call centre experience required.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
