CUSTOMER SERVICES
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Point of contact for calls and emails as part of office based team

Booking out relevant field based engineers day to day appointments and site visits.

Use of internal system Word Excel and Outlook

Taking queries and customer calls, logging faults and dispatching engineers

Processing orders and organising / processing the necessary parts

Providing quotes to customers

Completion of processes to close and invoice jobs

Keep updated on caseload and provide reports on status of customer jobs

Deal with complaints to escalation to management status

Ability to build rapport and provide good written and verbal communications

Self starter with initiative and can work unsupervised

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle customer interactions professionally
